Dew Scents deeply value your trust in us and strive to follow the sunnah in all aspect of our service. If for any reason our perfume does not meet your expectations, we sincerely apologize and here to assist you. This form has been created to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for your exchange or return request
Eligibility Criteria :
We Guarantee Satisfaction with Every Purchase. If you're not pleased with a product, feel free to return it.
Our Return and Exchange Policy Extends for a Generous 10 days from the date of order Delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, products should be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
We process all return and exchange requests promptly, typically within 3 to 5 working days.
Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
Important Notes:
- The policy is applicable for online purchase only.
- Products with Missing or Damaged boxes (beyond their original state) or without cellophane/testers may incur small charges.
- A nominal fee applies if 10% of Perfume has been used. Returns for perfumes used beyond this limit are not eligible.
